We ask you to vacate the holiday apartment by 11am on the day of departure, the holiday apartment can be occupied from 2pm on the day of arrival.

You will stay in a comfortable apartment with one or two separate bedrooms. The apartment has a shower, a bathroom, a lounge/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine), balcony or terrace overlooking the garden or lake, TV, telephone, safe and hairdryer.
Optional breakfast: Extensive buffet breakfast with homemade delicacies and freshly cooked eggs at € 15,00 per person per day. It can be ordered by the day.
Our a la carte restaurant is open every evening (except Mondays).
If you stay three nights or longer, you will receive the Salzkammergut Card for free.
Our guests can rent E-bikes for only EUR 30.00 per day. Explore the Salzkammergut comfortably with our high-quality Kalkhoff electric bikes.
We invite you to relax in our newly designed garden.
Free WIFI internet access included.
Regular customers receive a 5% discount on their overnight stay (only valid for direct bookings).
We offer parking on site or a transfer from/to the train station if you don’t bring your own car.
Cancellation policy: One month before arrival, free of charge; one month to 14 days before arrival, 50% of the booking price will be charged; 14 days before arrival, 80% of the booking price will be charged, if you don’t show up, the full price will be charged.
